Meet Melissa

Hi, I’m Melissa — a RRCA Certified Running Coach, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and PN Master Health and Nutrition Coach who believes that running should build confidence, not comparison.

I’ve been an avid runner for most of my life and have completed seven marathons, three of which qualified for Boston, along with countless half marathons, 10Ks, and 5Ks. Running has shaped who I am, and I love helping others discover that same sense of strength, freedom, and self-belief that comes from putting one foot in front of the other.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me running, cycling, hiking, strength training, or doing something Peloton-related. Movement, in all forms, is where I find energy and clarity.

Over the years, I’ve coached a wide range of runners from first-time marathoners and couch-to-5K beginners, to middle and high school athletes, and seasoned runners chasing a new PR.

With my background in personal training and nutrition, I take a well-rounded approach to coaching, helping runners build strength, fuel smart, and develop habits that support both their performance and overall health.

My goal is simple: to help you run with confidence, not just on race day, but in every mile that gets you there. In my coaching, I strive to educate, encourage and empower you to accomplish your goals, all while cheering you on from the sidelines.
