Hello! I’m Melissa, a running coach who believes that running should build confidence, not comparison. I’ve worked with runners of all levels from brand-new beginners to athletes chasing their next PR and the truth is, confidence doesn’t come from running faster or farther. It comes from showing up, even when it’s hard, and realizing you’re capable of doing more than you thought.

With my background in Personal Training, Health and Nutrition Coaching, and Run Coaching, I help you find a balanced, sustainable way to train that fits your life, not the other way around.

My coaching philosophy is simple: small, consistent steps that lead to big, lasting results. Whether your goal is to run your first 5K or cross the marathon finish line stronger than ever, I’ll help you get there with structure, support, and confidence that grows stronger with every run.
